About Unlimited Resources

Unlimited Resources is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to excellence for community leaders. Since our establishment in 2020, we have provided an array of diverse trainings, leadership development, social and life skills, college and career exploration for personal and professional growth.

Our Founder & Executive Director

Ms. Cobb-Conley holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Master’s in Human Resources Development and a Master’s in Management.

Ms. Adrienne D. Cobb-Conley, Founder & CEO of Unlimited Resources, a non-profit organization, is known within her community as a “Lifestyle Enhancer,” helping young adults elevate their professional and personal development skills to create their own lifestyle narrative.

Through her former employment with Little Rock School District and 15 years with The University of Arkansas Systems, Ms. Cobb-Conley has worked with over 2000 students, young adults and women with Etiquette, Career Preparation and Development, College 101, Healthy Relationships, Leadership Development, Shopping on a Budget, and Domestic Violence Awareness.

With her engaging trainings, she has also had the privilege to serve as the lead trainer for over 500 students in an inclusive disabled youth program through various program initiatives and assistance with job placements.

Two of her main initiatives has been the organization’s Youth Mentoring and Leadership Program and revitalizing the Debutante Scholarship program for underserved young ladies in Garland County after the 15-year absence in our communities.

Ms. Conley added in many cases, these scholarships can make a difference in a young lady obtaining a higher education and we want to do all things possible to assist them to be “Future Leaders”!

At Unlimited Resources, we can tailor our training and workshops to suit your needs focused on education, etiquette, girl and women empowerment, career and college readiness, and more. We offer array of programs and service offerings — from individual coaching, mentoring, program development, seminars, facilitation, and curated panels.
